The Badger is made from varnished Beech Plywood, high grade Steel, Felt and Textiles. The wooden wheels are reinforced with an aluminium rim and mounted with pneumatic knobbly tyres (dimensions: 47 x 203) which leave no marks on wooden floors or carpets. Felt inserts on the handlebar joint serve as anti-jackknife stops and prevent young fingers from being caught.
